Bob Doyle

Senior Vice President

Bob is a former 10-year member of the Ohio House of Representatives. While in the House, Bob served on the Insurance Committee, and was Ranking Member of the Health Committee. In the 10 years that Bob served, he had 9 bills, that he was chief sponsor of, pass and become law, all while serving in the minority.  It showed Bob’s ability to get along with Democrats, and Republicans. He received many honors and awards including being named Outstanding Legislator by the Retired Teachers Association. 

 

When Bob joined the Legislature, he was the President and CEO, of one of the largest insurance agencies in Greene County. Bob was active in the insurance industry, having served as President of the Professional/Independent Insurance Agents Association, and was named Insurance Agent of the Year for the State of Ohio by his peers.  Bob was a Certified Insurance Counselor, and a Certified Professional Insurance Agent. 

 

When Bob left the Legislature in 1992, he sold his insurance business and formed The Doyle Group, a government lobbying organization. Bob has represented many clients over the past 26 years from California to Maine. Bob served his clients both in Columbus and in Washington DC. He used his many years of business and legislative experience to bring success to his clients when it came to issues, and funding. 

 

Bob has also been active in his community, having served as President of the Jaycees, and President of the Chamber of Commerce. Bob also has served on many boards including the Greene Memorial Hospital Board, Life Enrichment Center Board, Greene County Ohio State Alumni Board, and many others. 

 

Bob is life member of the Ohio State University Alumni Association, Ohio State Boosters Club, a longtime member of the Beavercreek Rotary Club, and he is a 4-time recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship. Bob was also appointed by Governor Kasich to the prestigious association of Ohio Commodores. Bob is a graduate of Upper Arlington High School in Columbus, where he lettered in track and cross country, graduated from The Ohio State University, and has an equivalent of a master’s degree in Insurance from Century University.  

 

Bob is married to his wife Dianna, and between them, they have 4 children, and 10 grandchildren. Bob and Dianna reside in Beavercreek Ohio.
