ZHF Consulting LLC is pleased to announce that Frank Strigari has joined the Firm as President. Frank has nearly two decades worth of work experience inside the highest levels of Ohio government. During that time, he successfully helped policy makers pass hundreds of bills in the General Assembly that are now the law of Ohio. He will now leverage his experience for ZHF Consulting clients and help them with advocacy before the Ohio General Assembly and Administration.
Frank most recently served as Chief Legal Counsel for the Ohio Senate. In that role for over 11 years, Frank was primary counselor to current Senate President Matt Huffman, as well as previous Senate Presidents Larry Obhof, Keith Faber & Tom Niehaus. In his role of Chief Legal Counsel, Frank worked daily with legislators, advising them not only on legal matters but also on many policy areas, especially in the areas of energy and public utilities, gaming, and elections.
Frank also previously served as Assistant Chief Counsel to Governor John Kasich and Assistant Chief Legal Counsel to Auditor of State Mary Taylor. Frank also practiced for several years in the Ohio Attorney General's office, where he represented the Ohio General Assembly, State of Ohio, Governor of Ohio and Attorney General in litigation.
Frank has also separately counseled election campaigns for several legislators and other politicians.
